Tropical Storm Isaac
We are monitoring the path of tropical storm Isaac. As of today the storm is slow moving and might be heading to the Florida Keys over the weekend. Please stay tuned to TV or radio for storm update. We will update the weather condition on Monday.

Annual Fire Alarm Inspection
Our annual fire alarm inspection will be done on Wednesday, June 13th. & Thursday, June 14th. beginning at 9AM in the morning. This is the annual test that the bells and horns go off through out the building all day. If you are a pet owner it is suggested that you make other arrangements for these 2 days to take your pet out of the building since it is very loud.

Dryer Vent Cleaning
Many residents have expressed a desire to have their dryer vents cleaned. Dryer Vent Wizard is offering a cleaning of $69.00 per unit with a miniumum of 3 cleanings per visit.

Start Your Engines....
The Honda Grand Prix auto race will begin on Friday, March 23rd. Please make sure to watch out for pedestrian traffic when entering or exiting the building.

Water Off
On Tuesday, July 12th. the water for the building will be off from 9am to 4pm. We are installing a new domestic water booster pump for the building.
